    •   何宏平,1967年10月生,浙江東陽(yáng)人,中共黨員,研究員,博士生導師,中國科學(xué)院院士。1989年畢業(yè)于南京大學(xué)地質(zhì)系,1991年和1999年分別在中科院地球化學(xué)所和中科院地質(zhì)所獲礦物學(xué)碩士和博士學(xué)位。2003-2004年在法國國家應用科學(xué)學(xué)院(INSA-Lyon)從事博士后研究工作,2005年為澳大利亞昆士蘭理工大學(xué)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。2010年3月起任副所長(cháng);2016年7月起任黨委書(shū)記,2021年2月任所長(cháng)。
        主要研究領(lǐng)域為:黏土礦物學(xué)、礦物晶體化學(xué)、礦物表面物理化學(xué)、表生成礦、早期地球演化。先后主持了國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計劃項目、國家基金委創(chuàng )新群體、國家杰出青年基金項目、國家“863”項目等,在礦物晶體生長(cháng)理論、礦物表-界面作用過(guò)程、稀土成礦機制、礦物資源利用,以及地球初始氧起源等方面取得創(chuàng )新認識。在PNAS、Nature Communications、Nature Sustainability、Nature Astronomy等刊物發(fā)表SCI論文300多篇,出版專(zhuān)著(zhù)2部,主編國際期刊專(zhuān)輯5部,獲國家發(fā)明專(zhuān)利51件,SCI他引13000余次(HI=68),相關(guān)論文入選“中國百篇最具影響國際學(xué)術(shù)論文”,入選美國信息科學(xué)研究所基本科學(xué)指數地學(xué)高引用率科學(xué)家目錄和Elsevier中國高被引學(xué)者(地球和行星科學(xué)領(lǐng)域)。
